Menu not working in IE9

Apologies for the vague title. My menu is not working as expected in IE9 yet seems fine in FF & Chrome?

I’ve tried looking into debugging the js but I’m having no joy.

I do not know about IE9 but it is not working correctly for me in IE11.

When I mouse over home all is OK
When I get the mouse into a certain position on any of the other links they flicker between the correct position and down the right of the slideshow.

I didn’t think the other links were working as the horizontal ones do nothing but if I manage to click one of the ones that appear next to the slideshow the page changes.

Thanks Rubble yeah it seems that from the about link everything goes to pot - im not sure if this is a css and not a js issue.
