Is writing about using a search engine considered spam?
On you own blog? Most likely not.
On a site that isn’t yours? could be, depending.
How about this forum?
You could maybe write an article for SitePoint and an excerpt would show in the forum for discussing it?
Else I’m afraid if you start a Topic better suited for your blog it is likely to be deleted and may or may not be seen as a violation of forum policy.
