Hi there… I need to create a very basic landing page for a client that I would like to be responsive. I know some of the bigger players in the game, but I need something very basic and lightweight.
I am not quite comfortable enough coding the site from scratch by myself, but can “move pieces around” in a framework.
What would you all recommend?
I haven’t tried it specifically, but Pure.css is supposedly a really lightweight responsive framework.
I have used Pure.css for a couple of sites. It is indeed lightweight and relatively easy to use, but is quite different from other grid frameworks, since it uses inline-blocks for grid “units”. Keep that in mind and you’ll be fine!
