Have anyone had any success with Mobile Push Ads?

I know that there are several companies out there that provide access to them, like LeadBolt and Moolah Media, but what kind of results do they yield? How well do these ads convert? How these leads work out on the back end? Are the CPA/CPC prices higher or lower that with traditional online media?
