I get this error when i try to create a sharepoint website
i checked for SP Services and it is installed on the server. Just in case I uninstall and install back, and still same message.
the main problem is that because that is not detected i do not see the actual visual of the master pages, i only see blue lines with error boxes. here is screenshoot
