I would like to organize my workplace by managing multiple projects using one apropriate software. What specific software do you use or heard of and can reccomend it to me?

There's a bunch of such softwares. In my opinion Wrike is perfect for the job. In my company it was implemented by modern enterprise applications directory - inlevel so you can check them for more information.
