My first problem on phpMyadmin, error #1064

i’m following the book because i study MySQL and i found 2 problems on phpMyadmin when i write on query SQL the command " SHOW DATABASES " . the first problem is " missing value in the form " ( on query SQL),
and the second problem is "#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘undefined’ at line 1 " .
for different hours i tried to search a solutions for these problems, help me please :slight_smile:

N.B. sorry for my english but i’m italian, and i will study this language in the future:)

You need to post your sql code as it could just be a ’ or " out of place and we would just be guessing what the problem is.
