Mysql database size

hi all

i took backup of my website from phpmyadmin

  1. text format = 10mb
  2. zip format = 1.4 mb

now the question is if i click on “operation” and copy the existing database (data and structure) to a new database then now much space will it take on the hosting server ?

will it take same 10mb or 1.4mb space ?

If you Import the data and structure in the mysql server, will take the whole size (10 mb).
