Can anybody help me to look for a theme similar to this:
The theme used is German Newspaper Theme. But its too much limited in functionality.
Can anyone help me to find similar type of theme? I would prefer a free theme.
Any help or guidance?

I do not have any idea about the similar theme for the referred website.
-I can suggest you is use “twenty eleven” theme. Use “three column” option from here and adjust the total width, divide the sidebars, content width.
-Change the font and size as par the reference site. Change the menu section. Customize header section.
-Use a featured post plugin and place it as par reference site.
-Furnish the rest.
