Need header to line up

I am going crazy trying to figure this out. FF displays header and full width background correctly. But IE pushed the header image down. Please let me know the proper cross browser code. Thanks.

I just seen your site in IE6, 7 and 8 as well as in Firefox, but I don’t see any difference. What is it you’re reffering too?
