Ok - I think you need to try and explain what you mean a little more. You would like a user to click on an image have that image link to another page?
Do you have any web site experience? Do you know any HTML, CSS or PHP? What is your theme called?
If your site is a WordPress site, then it is very easy for you to add 2 to 3 images in the front page of the site as it gives enough space for adding images. You can easily give different URLs to them for returning on different pages through hyperlink.
