Okay, I’m pretty new to the social network making world as to web development. I have some ideas I’d like to share. Im making this new social network, Not anything like facebook or myspace. I need some help.

It sounds like you need to hire a developer for something like this, so you are better off visiting the SitePoint Marketplace. The forums are not really the place for discussing commercial projects, unless you are just discussing concepts. (I suspect this is the last thing you’d want to be doing publicly, though.)
Maybe the thing you should do is to look for trustworthy web developers as your partner/s to this kind of project. Since discussing such concept or idea, as what ralph.m said, is not a good thing provided that you might be giving off your best idea/intellectual property out in the public to take granted for.
