Need some help working out relationships

Hi,

I am trying to work out the relationships in my database between the tables but I am not sure if it is correct. I keep encountering a lot of many to many relationships so I have separated it out as I know relationships should generally be one to many. Please may I PM someone my relationships for you to check?
