i am a new member in this forum and want to learn web designing. I have already finished HTML. And java script. But i am having problem with how to use those with one another.

Feel free to ask questions. The basics of using JavaScript with HTML are very simple. You can link to a JS file in a very similar way to lining to a CSS file.
Feel free to give a specific example of what you are stuck with.
[FONT=verdana]Start building some real sites. They don’t have to be particularly ambitious. Just start putting what you have learned into practice. As you progress, add new features. Don’t be afraid to experiment. As with any technology, the only way to become an expert it to actually use it.
