I am coming to you guys looking for advice. I am handling the social media marketing campaign for a website that brings college students and vendors together to give the students the best discounts possible. We have both national deals (cellphones, electronics, cosmetics, apparel…) and local deals (nail salons, restaurants, delivery, etc…)
We have an active Facebook and Twitter campaign. However, I would like to start a blog that would get us closer to our target market, to address the students directly. Ultimately, the blog would become one more channel to drive traffic to the site.
Wordpress or Tumblr? Any advice on how to drive traffic to the blog? any advice in terms of contents? Thanks a lot!!!
