New logo for a website. web designer wanted

Hi guys,

How can I order logo for my new gaming website? Do you know good service? or individual?
So far, I did them by myself, so I would expect something more professional and genuine than say what I did in <snip>. Just to make clear, I don;t need it for that site, but for a new one.
What are the usual rates? I would need genuine mascot and logo (letters)
