I have to do a website - static, except for 2 things,
– the client needs an option to upload a promotions (pdf) file
and
–News letter/Email Promotions with Subscribe – Where all the customers will be sent promotions every week/month.
Pls give me your valuable opinion about any open source scripts for each of these…
