My client has asked me for a news page which he can update. Does anyone know of a good service which I can use?

Does the site employ a CMS? If so, there may be a widget/plugin/module that can provide this.
If the site is static and your client requires only occasional updates to a single page consisting of basic text and image content, and isn’t seeking RSS functions, archiving, categorising or similar, then WebYep is an easy way to build editability in.
