I don’t mean to come across as grumpy, but your question is the equivalent of coming into an auto design forum and announcing, “I want to build cars. How it possible?”
There are as many ways to get started as a freelancer (in what? design? development? graphics?) as there are freelancers. And there are a blue million resources on Google.
Take a serious walk through some of the resources out there, then come back with specific, targeted questions, and we can certainly help you.
