Online or offline client information?

I used to always ask for a client to fill out a “welcome package” that was a paper document that I could fax to them or email and they would provide back to me and I would work off of that.

Now that everything is more electronic, I am wondering if I should make it more of an online thing or would people who need a small to medium website not be too technical expereince to be able to fill out an online form? That is the main reason why I started the paper trail…what are your thoughts?

Why not make both options available? Everything may be electronic these days, but it always helps to be considerate of those who prefer the conventional way of doing things.
