If you are scrolled down to the bottom of the site

when the banner refreshes the page jumps up from the bottom. Does anyone know what may be causing this?
It doesn’t seem to jump in Google Chrome, so let’s try Internet Explorer.
It doesn’t seem to jump in Internet Explorer either, but I do get some error messages when the page loads.
Go to Internet Options -> Advanced, and enable the Browsing setting called “Display a notification about every script error”
Reload the page, and you will see some errors that you should fix.
