Page not loaded into iframe redirect to other page

ok I don’t have any experience with JS and I’ve looked all over for some code help but have not had any luck finding anything.

I need some JS that will detect if a page is loaded in an iframe and if not it will load another page that the original page should be displayed in.

Can you give us a clear example? I’m having trouble following it… if I make a page with an iFrame, I’d just put a redirect on that page… or just not use an iFrame. So I’m confuzled.
