Page only seems to work for me

This page has been around for at least two years and this is the first time I have ever heard of this page not working. My client says it is not showing up for anyone that they know. So I thought I would ask some folks here to go and check out this page to see if the form to sign up for the newsletter shows up.

Yes the form is showing up in quite a few browsers I checked but it does not look good in IE8 compatibility mode:
