Phpstorm instead of Rubymine, is that possible?

Hello,

A quick question as I have a doubt. Is that possible to user PhpStorm instead of RubyMine just to learn Ruby on Rails and make some simple tests ?

PhpStorm is for PHP and Rubymine is specifically for Ruby. Mind telling us why u don’t wana use RubyMine?
