PIE plugin messes up menu items

Hi,

I added the PIE plugin to wordpress, all works well apart from it messes up the menu items in IE7 does anyone know how to fix this? www.cotswoldbells.co.uk

Im also still not sure how to fix this:
Element name fb:like-box cannot be represented as XML 1.0.

Since this has happened in two different instances, you will have to look at what is generating the code with the name “fb:like-box”. That’s probably the source of the problem.
