Please post the haiku rules too? I don’t remember them

And to think I started a haiku riddle thread a couple of years ago

5-7-5 ?

Haikus are any “poem” that follow the syllable format
5 syllables
7 syllables
5 syllables

Look into each of our haikus and you will notice each line has 5-7-5 format.

Thanks Ryan. I wanted to be sure because I don’t know the English syllable rules that well

The way I remember it is it is the number of times your chin drops when you say a word.

Example:
c-p-ra-di-o

If you place your hand under your chin, as you say, ‘c’, ‘p’, ‘ra’, ‘di’, ‘o’ you will feel that your hand moves because your chin drops to say the next part of the word.

muscle all tense,
eyes blink and roll, hand is raised -
