Prevent Negative SEO or Spammy Backlinks (Need Help)

Hi SitePoint… Is there a way to prevent negative SEO except using Disavow Links from Google? Someone or maybe my competitors hit my site with a hundred spammy backlinks everyday. And almost all of my keywords on page 1 dropped. Some of them are gone from SERP.

I has using disavow links and thanks God my keywords slowly back in SERP again. But they’re (competitors) still spammy. and the impact my visitors dropped 40% on this week.

It’s there a way to “stop” them to spammy my site? honestly i really tired to keep my eyes to checking my backlinks everyday while i still had another things to do. :cry:
