Raid 1 array failed. How can I get server up with old data?

My linux server has got 2 SATA hard drives with software raid 1 installed. During a hardware reboot the array failed and the server did not come back online. I need to save the data in the disks since it is vital to me.

I would like to ask if anyone could assist me about it. I am willing to pay for that.
