(REQ) User 30 days or 60 days from the first connection?

Hi All.

I want the user to have an active account can have only 30 days or 60 days from the first connection.
Is there such a thing possible?

Apache “ExpiresActive On”
Users have to attach it to any of my parts.
For example:
user-001 ExpiresDefault “access plus 30 days”
user-002 ExpiresDefault “access plus 60 days”
