I would to start a small business (web hosting) and I’m still looking for a reseller company. However, I don’t have an idea about how to manage the reseller hosting and its control panel and how to provide features for clients. Do you know any training avaiable online about that?

Each company tends to use a different method/interface, so a tutorial isn’t too practical.
If you can managed your own domains and hosting account, that will give you a jump on what to expect.
You can also ask the company about screenshots and documentation. They are likely to have some. Otherwise, the interface should be reasonably self-explanatory.
You’ll probably want to look out for a simple to use Control Panel to start with, something like a cpanel or a plesk based system? Theyt have plenty of information on their own websites that would get you started.
