Script/service to provide online support and charge for it?

I need a help desk script or service where:

  • With chat system integrated (charged per time on chat).
  • I can charge per ticket opened & completed.
  • Or charge for monthly subscription.

I see lots of help desks, but unless I am missing something, I cant find this.
Maybe I’m using the wrong terminology, I don’t know, but I cant find software like this, and I’ve been searching a lot.

I am sure that what you are looking for can be done via WHMCS with few simple modifications. It has all that you need for this project.
