I need to install a shopping cart that allows me to implement a multi-page order form. We only sell one product and some extras that customers can add.
We want the order process to flow like this: customers to enter their info, then click next, choose extras, then hit next, answer a couple of questions, then hit next, and so on.
So we don't want your typical shopping cart with an "add to cart" button for each product.
Are there any shopping carts that support this type of multi-page order process?
Thank you in advance for your help!

The multi-step checkout are default for many shopping cart systems.

So you do not need the products catalog at all? Only one "purchase" button and multi-step checkout wizard?

Can you recommend a shopping cart system for us?

The current trend is to simplify the order process via one-page checkout, not to lengthen it. And you are probably going to have a hard time finding a cart that allows you to configure additional checkout pages by default.
What you probably want to do is separate the questionnaire part from the checkout process.
