i would suggest that you should go for a facebook page instead of indovidual profiles. you should optimize your company page and put in awesome content and then using your personal facebook profile and friends, you should spread the word about liking your company and growing your network.
Create an individual account in Facebook. Then create a page. This will work good. Always promote a business in page not as individual.

Individual FB page may seem fake and strange, a bit like a spam, so you would be probably banned quite fast. Well, it is a good idea if you have many real friends so that you can promote your business among them (if this is possible) but I’d generally go for separate FB page

It’s against the terms of use to create a personal page for a business. You’ll get caught eventually and risk losing all your “friends”, so it’s not really worth any advantages it might bring.
It is a rule of thumb - fan page for business and profile page for person. Facebook made it easy to understand. You have a lot more options for your business with the fan-page.
