My site was ranking very well on certain keywords in google (first page).
Then after upgrading wordpress one of the plugins failed, this caused all pages to return 500 server error for the google bot (I was able to see the site perfrectly).
I found this out after I noticed that my site was no longer appearing in search results and going to WebMaster Tools and looking at the crawl errors.
It's been about 2 days since I fixed the issue and it appears that google re-indexed most of the pages again.
Unfortunately the site no longer shows under the keywords it used to be.. is this thing supposed to take a few days to return to normal or am I doomed?
According to webmaster tools it was down for about 2 weeks.
Thanks in advance!

It may take more than a few days to re-appear in results as while your links, structure and history all still exist it has to be reindexed, reweighted and if I was google, tested to insure you're a stable site to push people over too. Keep building your value and give it time.

3 days went by, the site is appearing again in the search results.
