I am having issues trying to preload images for a slideshow, I cant seem to find a way to do this with either css or javascript?

You should be able to easily find thousands off answers on google for preloading images with javascript (google this: “pre-load images with javascript”) so I wonder if your problem is something else?
What have you tried and what problems are you having. We’d need to see your code and page to see what’s going on.
