We’re into developing ERP software in .NET. We need to integrate SMS sending facility in our ERP software. So, what all are the stuff we need to do it? We need all information on what all are hardware and software needed to perform this task?

None – your best bet is to find a sms provider in your country and work with them. No point in having it on premises.
