So long and thanks for all the fish

I was checking out responsive websites…

What is going on at http://interim.it/

Hm, they must have lost interest in fish.

It happens. The Internet ain’t actually forever.

What was that website all about, in the past? Cue the clueless ones in (not me, obviously :stuck_out_tongue: ) .

I don’t know what the website was about…

And I don’t understand what the title of this thread means!

It is the title of the fourth book in Douglas Adams Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy trilogy.

**Google Translated:** [quote] There are endless ways to make a website.

But the sites that really work are done in one way only: with passion.

In 15 years of websites we have made so many and every job, from the simplest to the most complex, it is born from the encounter between research technology, creativity and experience.

Whether it is a business website, a site of e-commerce, web application or an iPad, a conscious approach to technology and a great passion are the ingredients to achieve the result.

We invite you to find out how we work and why we are the answer to your needs while respecting your budget .

I work for a marine environment charity so often when somebody leaves for other employment the email usually starts with ‘so long and thanks for all the fish’ as @felgall said it’s from a book title. If you haven’t read them they are well worth it. The film was rubbish and missed most of the subtle funny bits as it was dumbed down for the masses (imo).

Though first used in the original book in the series…

Its title is the message left by the dolphins when they departed Planet Earth just before it was demolished to make way for a hyperspace bypass, as described in The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.
