Can anyone help with any software which, if you write one post, posts to all of your social network sites at once? Finding time to tweet, update facebook, and google + 1?

There are plugins in wordpress which automatically posts your new blog posts on social networking sites.
I have tried some such tools but could not find a reliable one. These toold offer limited functionality. I think it is best to post manually.
Many Social Media site does provide interlinking of post sharing among them. It allow you to share the post once in one of the social media sites & the same post got reflects on to the other social networking sites.
Like Face book provides interlinking with Twitter.
However, it’s very rare to find the one which allow you to make post in all the relevant Social Networking site through a single post.
The word press plugin “only-wire for WordPress” does this work perfectly. You can choose also your favorite social media sites you want to share with.
This plug-ins or tools are really useful for automation of content to other social networking sites for lesser time-consuming, but I prefer manual submission for you to organize carefully your content and distribute to other networks.
All of them, be it Facebook, Google + or Twitter have different criteria & different rules & regulations, although it is difficult to find a software through which you can make the single post to be shared on all the social media platform. At the same time few social media sites does allow the integration of one of the social networking sites with other social networking sites.

Jetpack by Wordpress.com may have the functionality that you are looking for but just like any other automated social media posting tools, you will not be able to post your content directly to Google+ because they have not publicly release their API for developers.
Tools and plugins aside, it’s a pain in the a** to post your content manually to every social network, especially if you are the only person running the show. However, you have to understand that different users on different social networks have different preferences when it comes to content that they like to see or feel like interacting with.
For example, Facebook and Google+ users love clicking on and interacting with visually appealing posts (gorgeous images - manually attached or via Open Graph) while you can have your content stand out on Twitter by tweeting a quote from an article instead of the title itself which everybody else is doing.
With the above in mind, it is advisable that once you have the time or once you see quality visits coming in from either of the networks that you have been autoposting to, spend time crafting dedicated content or updates just for them.
Use facebook Apps RSS Graffiti for auto post in Facebook fan page as well as facebook group. It retrive data from your feed burner and auto post in your fpage.
