Is it possible to point a subdomain not on SSL to show an SSL site?
Or will it throw errors etc like what happens if you include non SSL hosted content on an SSL domain?
There is no SSL domain. Either you use it or you don’t it doesn’t matter. Remove the “s” from “https://” and it is no longer using SSL.
