Does anybody knows what a SteerCo meeting is? and what should a PM bring up to this meeting?

Sounds like a short name for steering committee?
If that’s the case it’s the group [generally lead by the executive team] that decides what projects are moving forward and what to put on ice. As a PM you’d bring your high level project plans and be ready to talk resources, progress, ETA, and [depending on your organization] importance of the project.
When in doubt ask. It’s better to have a coworker look at you with strange eyes than your management ask you why you didn’t bring the TPS report that everyone has to have for the meeting.
