TinyMCE problem in WP - limited buttons

My TinyMCE editor is missing formatting buttons (see JPG). I would like to have the option for H1, H2, etc.
I am not sure where this is configured. I tried installing the TinyMCE Advanced Plugin, but I do not even see it on my post admin page.

There must be a bit of code missing in my theme - anyone able to point me in the right direction?

OK, so I figured it out. I just needed to hover over the menu until “Show/Hide Kitchen Sink” appeared…

Now to customise the buttons that appear.
