If the name is too long (and that may not be the cause for this particular issue but it is a possibility), just make it shorter. How? When the computer says that a file name is too long, it is not only the name of the file, it is the whole path including the file name and its extension. So by changing the name of the file and one or more folders, to something shorter, you may solve the issue.
