Are you talking about mistakes in a personal level or in business?
Not sure what some of you guys are talking about, but the most important rule in my case is to never put any form of content which could demean yourself, such as pictures of you drinking or smoking (as employers check FB accounts apparently).
That aside, Facebook is a free-for-all: it’s a personal account, though you still need to be careful with what you post!
