Tracking - exclude admin traffic / IP addresses

I am tracking my site with Google Analytics, AW Stats and IR Stats. I need to exclude a few of us from the tracking numbers (admin roles, traffic will skew numbers). We all work for the same organization, and have the same IP address - I don’t want to exclude the whole organization. Is there another way I can exclude admin traffic?

I’ve been using TraceWatch, they have an option “Exclude me from tracking” when you login into admin panel.
