I'm sure I'll get a lecture about this, but I built a child theme based on twenty twelve. I do not want it to be responsive anymore, I want it to be just a fixed theme. Is there any way to modify the theme code to make this happen? I have done a ton of searching and experimenting with little luck.
I understand the advantages, etc. of a responsive theme, but for this project I would prefer it to be fixed and since i have a child theme built based on the twenty twelve framework, i would prefer to just "disable" the responsivness.
Any thought would be GREATLY appreciated!
Thanks a lot.
Of course, yes. Probably the easiest thing is to set a fixed width on the outermost wrapper, or whatever is there. If possible, post a link and we'll be able to suggest the code needed.
