My twitter icon and follow button aren’t displaying for some reason on www.cotswoldbells.co.uk

Do you mean the one at the bottom? Looks fine to me, even in Internet Exploder 8.
it looks fine when i check it…May be you have fixed it or your browser is showing the page to you from history or cache
clear your history, cache and than try it again
if it does not work use the compatibility code in the head section which forces the webpage to load like Google chrome or Firefox
