Is there an easy way to uninstall Wordpress, or is it really just a matter of deleting all the files and dropping the database?

I normally use fantastisco (via cpanel) to install wordpress in 3 clicks and it is easy to uninstall as well. For your information.
If you have no content then just delete everything including the database tables, reupload and install again.
If you have other things sharing the same database then you will just want to drop the tables for that particular wordpress install.
