UPS Shipping Rate - How we get Access Key (Is it paid)

Hi

When I am creating account in UPS
for getting the access key I have to give payment card detail.
Is this a paid. Or just taking the payment card detail.
Please anybody let me know about it

It is just needed to get your account setup properly. Either you attach your credit card, or you can talk to an account representative to get your account setup. But the account itself does not cost you any money.
