Urgent question! Possible to add image maps WITHIN a "lightboxed" image?

Hey guys, quick question:

I have a text link ,that when clicked, pops up an overlay (lightbox) of a photo (no HTML). I was wondering if it was possible to create image maps within that photo to send the user to an external webpage??
