Is it possible to use multiple CMS on a website, if I create multiple subdomains and use different CMS on different subdomains? (I am new and want to do this for practice)

Welcome to the forums
Yes that is easily possible, in fact it is a very common thing to do, Sitepoint runs multiple CMS's, at least one for these forums and another for managing articles....

I have even installed a CMS to run an online shop in a folder within an static website, and other completely different to serve a forum in another folder, to meet very specific requirements requested by a client, and ensure security by setting the online shop independent from the forum software, while maintaining the home page and a number of sections static to keep them safe from database- and programming-related failures and performance issues for the sake of SEO.
Everything is possible.
